Healthy Paws is Legit, Reliable and Fast!
Very impressed! I've been paying for insurance for my 50-lb dog just for this year, and finally submitted a claim this July. I was a little scared of having wasted my money since no one I knew had ever submitted one before, so everything was heresay. But I submitted it, got an email that night that it was processing, and within 1.5 weeks (they say the 1st takes the longest) got an email detailing what they would never be able to cover, and what they could cover from this claim, which was everything!, and very reasonable. All outlined for me so I won't be confused in the future, and won't bother submitting what they can't cover. Got a check in the mail within another week. Yay! I'm very happy they have my business! (Details: It was a surgical removal of a little lump on the ear, and she had had little bumps on other areas before, so I worried they wouldn't cover it based on similar "pre-existing" things even though there was no proof they were related. Apparently, and happily, they get specific - they won't cover if they come back in the exact same spot. But luckily I found out it was nothing, so I won't worry. They did not cover the nail trim. Duh.)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HAD A CLAIM THAT WAS SUBMITTED AND INSURANCE WAS IN FORCE AT THE TIME. NOW COMPANY DRAGGING THEIR FEET TO NOT PAY THE CLAIM BECAUSE I LET THE PET INSURANCE LAPSE.TOLD THEM WHY SHOULD I CONTINUE PAYING THEM WHEN THEY CANT PAY A CLAIM ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM. THEY ARE ILLEGALLY TRYING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO PAY AND THREATING THEM WITH HIGHER PREMIUMS AND THEN CALLING THE PRIOR CLAIM A PREEXISTING CONDITION WHICH WONT BE COVERED. tHEY JUST WANT TO COLLECT THE PREMIUMS AND THEM DRAG IT OUT FOR THE CONSUMER. $126.00 CLAIM. PEOPLE INSURE YOURSELF. ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER STILL PLAYING GAMES.

Caring, helpful and quick responses!
When we got a puppy a year ago, we decided having pet insurance would be a good idea. After researching different companies, we went with Healthy Paws. Every single experience so far has been great! It's so easy to fax the claims and within a day or two, an email is sent with and explanation of benefits. They also send a more personal email sending well wishes to Newman. It's thoughtful and caring.....nice to know they're actually looking at what the claims are for and understanding there are worried puppy parents behind every claim. We would highly recommend healthy paws if you're thinking about pet insurance

I would recommend ASPCA pet insurance
Every time I've called ASPCA pet insurance and for whatever reason, they have been very receptive and informative. I never thought I would ever need the insurance but, I'm so glad I had it when my 5 year old lab/shepard mix ruptured her ACL and required surgery. It was an expensive surgery because I didn't pick the cheapest repair. I felt that with her being a very active dog, she needed the more expensive and iron clad repair. ASPCA pet insurance never questioned my decision. I was very happy at the speed in which the claim was processed so I could pay the bills as quickly as possible.

Great Customer Service
Embrace is very user friendly. Their site is very easy to understand and there isn't any hidden costs they lay it out very clearly when you sign up initially. They also provide great customer support with emails notifying when claim has been received and when it has been processed. The only setback I think is that I would prefer a higher wellness allowance because a puppy would require more coverage in this over versus a more mature dog.

So glad I found Embrace
I got embrace for my cat Arwen a few months ago as I wanted to have it just in case so I wouldn't have to worry anymore. Lucky thing I did! My cat has had a bunch of tummy problems over the last few months and Embrace has helped me every step of the way. My vets office accepted Embrace so I got to keep my same vet. The claims process is so simple and if you ever have any questions they are more than willing to help you out if you call, everyone is so nice and helpful! They are usually very timely with the process as well. Without it I probably wouldn't have been able to get care for my cat who is the love of my life and I just want her to be healthy. I couldn't be more happy that I found out about Embrace and will be keeping it for all of my pets in the future.

They PAY claims!
When our little Bella came down with Parvo, we obviously worried about the worst case scenario... death. Thank God Pets Best was there for us and even paid for all the complications that came with the disease. $2,476 dollars later, Bella was her old self again and the money was even direct deposited into our account THREE days after filing the huge claim! Thanks Pets Best!!

Excellent communication and customer satisfaction!
I have a 5 month old labrador. She is our first pet so I really investigated all pet insurance options and chose Embrace Insurance. Part of the reason I chose Embrace over the others are the raving reviews and comments from other satisfied customers. Knowing how important these reviews are I wanted to express my satisfaction and am so glad I chose Embrace. They are professional and you can always get a hold of their customer service with any questions you might have. So far I have just submitted Wellness Claims but have always had a fast turn around. I highly recommend Embrace if you are considering pet insurance for your pet. Also, if you have a puppy like I do, the puppy premium is a great way to go!!

Would not be without it!!!!!!
Frankie ( a soon to be 4 year old shih poo) has had some lets say "medical issues". We found out he had allergies, he jumped off the couch and had a soft tissue injury, numerous eye infections, and so on. Every step of the way APSCA Pet Insurance has been there and has paid his claims like clock work. It is nice to know that if something ever happens to my Frankie I will be able to afford to give him the care he would need and deserve. Thanks APSCA

Pets Best is phenomenal!!
My German Shepherd had half his thyroid and bladder stones removed. This was very expensive surgery with lots of lab work. Pets Best promptly paid as promised. I stop complete strangers with dogs to tell them about Pets Best!!!
