ASPCA helps us afford the best care
MY PHOEBE HAD A SERIOUS REACTION TO THE ROUTINE INOCULATIONS. IT TOOK MONTHS TO DIAGNOSE HER CONDITION. ASPCA PAID MY CLAIMS IN A TIMELY FASHION. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

What an insurance company should be!
Words cannot convey what a relief it has been since we switched to Healthy Paws Insurance. Prior to Healthy Paws, we had our dog insured with VPI. After his first surgery we quickly realized that VPI was not for us. The amount they reimbursed, which was as promised, only covered 25% of the costs we incurred so we ended up footing most of the bill. After the first surgery I did some research and even called Healthy Paws to make sure they were really going to cover everything they said they were going to. After being assured they would, we switched over and I couldn’t be happier. - Anytime I call – day or night – the customer service agents are more than helpful and understanding of what we’re going through and how stressful the situation is. - They process claims at record speed and truly do what they promise you and cover what they say they'll cover - no exeptions or gray area. - They won’t kick you off or raise your premiums because of multiple claims (I actually just called and asked this yesterday because we are on our second major surgery in 2 months) - Real people actually call you to check up on your pet when they’re sick. No other reason – just to check in and see how the pet is doing. AMAZING! - They’re a charitable company that donates $ to shelters just for referring someone who gets a quote. They don’t even have to buy the insurance - just get a quote. - Yes, the premiums are probably a little bit pricier than other options, but they are 1

Fantastic coverage and customer service.
We enrolled our puppy with healthy paws when he was a few months old, over a year ago. It has been an incredibly valuable precaution. Puppies especially, get into everything! All of our claims have processed incredibly quickly, with explanations included. We have always received our reimbursements incredibly fast. We have never had trouble with coverage. I can't say enough good things about this insurance company. We recommend them to everyone we know with a pet or thinking of getting one.

The Best Coverage at a Stellar Price
Fortunately, I have not had to submit a claim for Tasha this past year. Pet's Best Insurance is very good to work with on an administrative level. You are given 30 to 45 days' notice before your policy expires along with your renewal rate which gives you ample time to decide. I checked out so many other insurance companies and Pet's Best, by far, offered the best coverage at a reasonable rate.

I would state that Embrace is back on track with the excellent service that drew me to them in the first place. After some trouble processing my claims in a timely manner last year,Embrace has redeemed themselves as my recent claim was processed in less than two weeks.

Caring and Excellent Claims Handling
I have to be honest, I was conflicted about keeping pet insurance, but fortunately we decided with a 10 year old dog it probably was wise to continue the policy. When Annie decided to eat a box of D-Con there was no question we would do everything in our power to save her no matter the cost. We were so pleased that the claim was processed immediately and actually covered most of our expenses. Annie has a long way to go, but we are so thankful she is still with us and thankful to Pets Best for being there and handling claims in such a caring and efficient way.

Bella has loved hiking and trail running with us over the years, until we recently discovered she has hip dysphasia at age 5. The news has been devastating and was followed by an injury to her hip. We have been grateful to have Pets Best Insurance to help us through what we know will be a long road to recovery for our energetic Border Collie mix.

Great experience. Caring company.
Gracie was diagnosed with either a liver shunt or liver disease or both. She need more diagnostics and a liver biopsy to more definitively diagnose her illness. Suffice it to say the cost was in the thousands. At the time, Gracie was only a year and a half old and deserved a chance at a healthy life. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws. We now know that she has a small amount of liver displasia that can be controlled with medication and diet. Healthy Paws quickly sorted through my claim. I received a check in the mail within a week or two. I never had pet insurance for my other dogs. I wish I had. I will never adopt another dog without buying pet insurance. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws.
