My Pomeranian is insured with Trupanion and was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and bronchitis. She takes medication for both daily. Trupanion paid for 90% of her testing and for 90% of her meds related to these diagnosis. I really love this insurance. It's the greatest

Embrace handled two injury claims for our Lab, Bailey, in a very professional and business like manner. The customer experience was great and recommend Embrace for any pet owner. Embrace Wellness Payment
I took my two golden retrievers (8 & 6.5 yrs)for their annual wellness visit. I received my payment for both dog's visits in less than 2 weeks time. My dog's have been insured with Embrace for 8 years and Embrace still continues to impress me. They are always prompt to respond. They send notices upon receipt of your claim. If there's a delay in processing, they notify you. This company is wonderful. They truly care. I can't say enough good things about this company. I wish I could say the same for my health coverage insurance company.

Piper's experience
Piper, our 1 1/2yr old Portuguese Water Puppy became ill this past month. She was admitted to the Veteranarian Hospital here in Victoria, received 2 CT scans and other laboratory and physical exams. She was kept in the hospital overnight until she had improved. The costs for treatment and care of Piper were extensive, but we were so grateful to have insured both Piper and her sister Charlotte with Trupanion, when they were babies. Trupanion contacted us immediately to reassure us of their concern. They relieved the financial pressure by sending a cheque immediately, after reviewing the details. This covered the majority of Piper's medical costs during her illness. We were so very grateful to have had a caring Insurer who was prompt and very helpful during a difficult time. Dependable service and coverage
Having been with Pets Best Insurance now for over 4 years, I can honestly say that we wholeheartedly recommend them. We simply do not understand why everyone does not have insurance on their beloved pets! We have 4 pets with them- a cat and 3 standard poodles. We really like the new $100.00 per pet per year pricing!

Peace of mind
My german shepherd puppy had a severe bout of gastroenteritis which required emergency care and a stay in the pet hospital for several days. Embrace handled my claim and kept me aware of its status. All in all a good experience especially considering this is the first time I had ever purchased pet health insurance. Embrace paid exactly what I anticipated they would. While I hope I do not need to use the insurance again, I have peace of mind knowing it's there. I would highly recommend Embrace to any others looking for pet health insurance.
