Excellent customer service
This claim was handled in a very timely manner and I was notified of progress throughout the claim process. I continue to recommend Embrace to everyone looking for pet insurance.

Avoid this SCAM
They will find any excuse to avoid paying. This insurance will not cover anything above the absolute bare minimum, and their coverage policy is extremely misleading. Your pet needs surgery? Fine, if they can't find a way to somehow tie the cause of the surgery to a pre-existing condition, they will begrudgingly pay for the necessary repair - but not for anesthesia, not for IV fluids, not for anything else. Be prepared for them to find a way to avoid paying for 90% or more of your costs. Save your money and look elsewhere. The insurance policy will make you feel better until you actually need to use it.

Could not be happier!
I have another Pet Ins and put a claim in the same time, I'm still waiting as it has not been processed yet, I already have my check from HPI - less than 30 days!When my Vet asked for a recommendation I was most happy to say HPI!

First Rate Customer Service
I have nothing but good things to say about all of Embrace's customer service members. They always answered my questions and made sure we received our claim check. When they heard of our pet's passing they sent their sympathies and took care of everything with the policy. I highly recommend them for their dedication to courtesy and follow-up. As for the policy the only negative thing I could say is that they don't cover any supplements 'presribed' for out pet. They did cover alternative therapy though and for that I give them 5 stars!

I recommend Trupanion!!
I would highly recommend Trupanion. I have been with them just under a year now, since I have gotten my puppy & twice I had to use my insurance. They were prompt with working on my claim. Hope I don't need to use them again, but the security that they are there & reliable makes me feel so much better.

Embrace is honest and responsive
I've filed a few claims now and have never had trouble with hospitalization issues. I watch other dog owners fight with their pet insurance companies so I know what it could be and I greatly appreciate the open way in which they work. The updates as the claim is processed are also greatly appreciated!

Healthy Pet Insurance is AMAZING!!!
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Insurance. Every claim that has been submitted to them has been looked at within 24 hours and I have had a check in my hand within a week or two at the most. The staff at Healthy Paws is incredible. After each surgery, they have checked in with me to see how my dog is doing. They care so much about the animals that are insured through them. If you don't have insurance for your dog yet, you should. It has been such a help for me when determining if I could afford to have the surgery my dog so needed. Between my vet and healthy paws, my dog is taken really care of. I love these guys!!!! I have recommended healthy paws to all my dog owner friends and every one has bought insurance from them.

Had a question regarding a claim and the customer care person was able to assist me to my complete and utter satisfaction. She was so nice and personally checked to make sure my recent claim came through. I've been so happy with Pets Best I even added a new pet I recently acquired.
