Easy to file claim, quick response and payment.
My 18 month old King Charles Spaniel became ill this Spring. We were not sure what the cause was, and it took our vet nearly 4 weeks to figure it out, treat her and get her healthy. I was afraid that there would be "some" kind of issue with the amount of our claim, or something that was done during the treatment period, for just "reason" that I wasn't aware of. Instead, I am happy to report that not only is my dog HEALTHY again, but Trupanion got my claim, promptly notified me via email, continued to keep me updated with detailed individual claims, and ultimately issued checks to us for nearly 90% of her expenses, minus our co-pay. I was SHOCKED that filing this claim was as easy as they said it was and that receiving payment was also as easy! Thank you Trupanion, for honoring your policy as stated and for your prompt attention and resolution to our claim!

Dealing with Healthy Paws was great!
This was my first claim from Healthy Paws and I was skeptical at first but they were very pleasant to deal with, the process was simple and most importantly they paid the claim in a very timely manner. I have already recommended Healthy Paws to other pet owners.

Annie's Knee Surgeries
Annie is a 16 month old Bicon who, unfortunately was found by Dr. Kalt at Noah's Animal Hospital to have subluxation of her patella. She had undergone surgery for the same problem in the other knee about six months ago. The good news is that she is recovering well 10 days after surgery.We are very fortunate to have signed up for Trupanion after an early visit to Noah's last year. Dr. Kalt had referred us to the insurance. Trupanion responded promptly to claims for the first surgery as well as a previous illness. Although Annie's surgery was only 10 days ago we have already received a response from Trupanion about coverage for her current surgery. Trupanion has been profession, responsive and concerned with all of our issues. We are very glad to have this insurance.

This company is great I got my schnauzer cover on a Monday and by Wednesday the vet was recommending the flea and heartworm treatment, I call the company and asked if they would cover the expense of the treatment they said yes...I am very happy because my little Miss Daisy is protected..Thank you Embrace...

really fast service
I am amazed at how fast I got my payment. I sent it in on a Thursday night and had the money back in my checking account on Sunday. And that was with me having to re submit something because of a mistake on my part. Really great fast service.

Embrace Pet insurance has been very worthwhile
We have been with Embrace for, I believe, 4 years. Whenever we have had questions, they have been carefully answered. Whenever Embrace has had administrative issues, they have been explained and improved upon. If there were claim issues such as an overly long response time, the have been explained and addressed. Embrace is very committed to customer service (pets and people). We have visited the office and are always welcomed by the staff and their pets.

Heartbreaking Injury- Greatful for Embrace
My 6 year old lab suffered an FCE-- in short, its a blood clot in the spine which causes paralysis- hoping and praying its temporary as the doctors say- but it has been devastating to see my baby not be able to walk or use the bathroom on his own. What also could have been devastating- is the Vet bills. The accident happened on a Sunday so he went from the Emergency Animal Hospital, to the neurology floor of Penn Veterinary Hospital, check-ups back with home vet when he was discharged, and now weeks ahead of physical therapy. I got Bauer pet insurance after a prior surgery a few years ago and am so relieved I did. Embrace processed the claim quickly and each person I spoke with on the phone expressed genuine concern for Bauer and his recovery!
