Always Impressed
Yet again, I am happy with the service that I received with Embrace. Originally my claim was denied, but since Embrace allows you to work with real people who contact you personally, I was able to explain the situation further, get additional information from my vet, and submit it to Emrace. Just a few weeks later the claim was covered. It's so refreshing to see a company let their employees make decisions based on information and logic - not bureaucracy. Thanks again!

Superb Service from Embrace
Embrace continues to impress me with their thorough and very fair evaluation of my claims. We have two dogs and we have been experiencing a problem with Giardia (sp?)that may have been passed from one dog to the other. Embrace provides me with the status of claims while being reviewed and then provide me a very clear Explanation of the Benefit and why it was handled the way it was. Great communication.

My dog nala has allergies and Trupanion has been good at covering her allergies and reimbursing us for her meds, pads and with this medicine and pads has help Nala in controlling her allergies. So far they have been good about twlling me about new things they cover and i recently moved to azero deductavle and the new policy upgrades.

Absolutely incredible!
My 3 year old male cat had developed urethral obstruction and required catheterization. But after a day or two at home it obstructed again, and the vet recommended perineal urethrostomy. Between Atticus's vet, who performed the catheterization, and the emergency vet performing the surgery, charges exceeded $5000.00. I could not believe how quickly Trupanion responded to the claims. Moreover, very unlike VPI, the initial insurer that I had my cats registered with, Trupanion is precisely as it advertises -- even better. I'm very pleased with them, and it's wonderful to have the assurance that my cats will be cared for when situations like this come to surface.

Excellent coverage for the unknown
My yorkie has been having seizures that no one can figure out what the reason for them is . They are very infrequentand all the tests come back that he is a very healthy guy. We now think that he drank some of his dads tea and this may be the reason for one seizure. We think another one of them was from his scooping up a piece of apple pie that had fallen on the floor before we could stop him. Tea and apples with cinnamon do not like yorkies. They become very lithargic and shaky. Embrace has always been prompt with their response and keeps me updated with the claims status. It is a very good insurance to have for the sicknesses you can see and those you can not.

Easy to file claim, quick response and payment.
My 18 month old King Charles Spaniel became ill this Spring. We were not sure what the cause was, and it took our vet nearly 4 weeks to figure it out, treat her and get her healthy. I was afraid that there would be "some" kind of issue with the amount of our claim, or something that was done during the treatment period, for just "reason" that I wasn't aware of. Instead, I am happy to report that not only is my dog HEALTHY again, but Trupanion got my claim, promptly notified me via email, continued to keep me updated with detailed individual claims, and ultimately issued checks to us for nearly 90% of her expenses, minus our co-pay. I was SHOCKED that filing this claim was as easy as they said it was and that receiving payment was also as easy! Thank you Trupanion, for honoring your policy as stated and for your prompt attention and resolution to our claim!
