I am happy that Fetch updates me with both emails and texts when I file my claims. I almost missed something recently, and the email was very detailed in the headline that I had documents that hadn't loaded properly, and if I hadn't seen that email, I might have missed my window for a claim.

Stella's journey
We purchased pumpkin insurance when we rescued Stella around six months old. Because we did not know any of her history (both physical or medical) we thought it might be a good idea to get some insurance. She is now almost five years old and has developed some allergies. We tried changing her diet and even chewables that were supposed to help, but eventually decided to go with a medication that required a veterinarian. We are super happy that we have the insurance as it covers most of the blood work and medication that Stella is on. The team at Pumpkin is quick to respond and easy to deal with...Thanks Pumpkin!

Very happy with MetLife
Very happy with MetLife. Have read horror stories online about other companies. Never had an issue with getting timely reimbursement (as long as you submit the proper documentation)! I’ve never had pet insurance before and I would 100% recommend MetLife to anyone looking for coverage for their pet. Will definitely purchase again for the next cat we add to the family!

Peace of mind when you have an Insurance
When I was on a vacation this Summer my dog had an emergency and I did not hesitate even for a minute to ask my brother to take him to a veterinarian , because I knew Pets Best was gonna be there when I needed. Sure enough, when I submitted the claim, Pets Best reimbursed me in timely manner.

Healthy Paws is GREAT
Healthy Paws processes all claims really quickly and with EFT the payment is in my account shortly after I make a claim . They rarely ask for additional documentation and they do NOT deny the legitimate claims they receive. If they have a question, they let you know and it is always easy to resolve. Over my life having dogs, I have used 2 other Insurance companies and Healthy Paws is FAR superior. Four Paw UP

Reimbursement Shouldn’t Be This Difficult
I ordered a six month supply of Simparico Trio (a routine medication) for my dog. I supplied copies of what I was given on my online order. I made several attempts to provide what was asked. Each response was I had not provided enough documentation. I made three trips to my vet asking for more documentation. They said MetLife never contacted them even though their email to me stated they did. My vet did not know why MetLife was being so particular. My vet supplied me 18 pages of documentation which I forward to MetLife. Still not good enough and kept threatening to close my claim. This ordeal made me think twice about staying with MetLife. So definitely this was not a positive experience.

Worst insurance ever
Worst insurance ever. They don’t reimburse for anything. My dog was insured and I was told my coverage included end of life expenses but when I submitted the claim they said my policy didn’t cover it. It was bad enough that she passed and having your insurance deny reimbursement was a kick to the gut. Do yourself a favor and get any other insurance! Get Nationwide or Lemonade…. Anything but this company.
