Happy Pets Bedt Customer Since 2019!
Love the ease of filing a claim and getting reimbursed to my checking account. The customer service team is friendly and caring if I ever have to call. It’s nice being able to actually reach a real live person. Very pleased with Pets Best since 2019.

We had a $500 deductible with my dog’s insurance, and every time she needed care, we had to pay out of pocket. One night, we had an emergency and the $300 visit wasn’t covered because emergencies aren’t covered. On top of that, they raised my premium from $115 to $160 in just one year without notifying me. They’re such a rip-off! If you need pet insurance, go with Costco Pet Insurance – they cover all visits. I will never recommend Trupanion to anyone.

I didn’t realize when I paid for the insurance that I would not know the effective date for weeks. I feel this was very misleading during the purchase process (or at least not made very clear) and makes me feel like I got scammed.

My pup's surgery and claim submission
My dog Tami had to have surgery for a worrisome condition. Luckily, it was successful, though it would have been difficult to afford it without the insurance from Healthy Paws. Like all my previous experience with Healthy Paws, the claim was settled promptly and met all of my expectations for coverage. It was a happy surprise when the folks at Healthy Paws emailed me to check on her and wish her well. In terms of the processing, I wish I could have Healthy Paws for my own insurance--so much better than any human insurance I have ever had. I submitted the claim and within a couple of days it was processed and I had my payments deposited directly into my account. There are never any lost claims or delays.

Claims are a breeze
It's always so easy to put in a claim and get paid. Recently, my dog had surgery and the vet submitted the claim and it was complete within a day and a half. I didn't have to lay out a ton of money.

Outstanding Service from Prudent Pet Insurance
After an illness of my little dog, it was very simple to file her claims with Prudent Pet insurance. I filled out the claim online and provided the documentation. Once filed, the company effectively communicated, and I received my reimbursement within 3 days. I was always skeptical of pet insurance, but I know Prudent Pet truly cares about our fur babies and their owners. I highly recommend Prudent Pet for all your Pet insurance needs.
