330% increase in the last 2 years
Been with the company 10 years. Started out great but in the last 2 years I've gotten a 30% and then a 300% increase to over $1100/mo. ZERO loyalty with this company. Please do not support corporate greed with Embrace. Find somebody else ... anybody else.

Not given full reimbursement
I was supposed to receive an additional direct deposit as my full reimbursement was not given to me. I spent time on hold, spoke to a woman who agreed I should have that deposit, but it never showed up.

Our beautiful Chamois left us on April…
Our beautiful Chamois left us on April 18th. It was very sudden. Within hours of her passing, Trupanion had takes all the necessary steps to cancel her insurance and THEN wrote a beautiful letter to us. This was our 4th experience with dealing with this kind of a situation. We have had many claims over the years. Trupanion has consistently helped us with the necessary information concerning our fur babies. I have spoken to pet lovers many times and they reassured me my questions were not "silly". Always kind and understanding. I still have my Beau and when I add another fur baby, I will sign it up immediately. Thank you for being there during our difficult times. This might not be the correct guidelines, but it is my honest thoughts. Donna
