I have had pet insurance with Spot, since September 2023. I submitted my first claim may 2025. I provided the requested paperwork, and I was told I had met my deductible and they approved the claim. It was as easy as learning to ride a bike! We love Spot ❤️

The ease of filing. I did a lot of research for Pet Insurance, before choosing SPOT. What I appreciate is the fact that it covers Dental, whereas, most Health Insurance Providers do not. Customer Service has been awesome, since Day 1.

Great arrangement with USAA
Great arrangement with USAA - quick resolution of (unfortunately) multiple claims. Great customer service by phone - special hotline for USAA members equals short queue time. Also happy opted to have full coverage per emergencies + routine health maintenance. I LOVE EMBRACE!
