Run! Don't Walk!
When I purchased this policy, I was told that my pet did not have any pre-existing conditions. After I filed the claim, I was told that the treatment she received was for a pre-existing condition. Furthermore, before the policy was purchased, 6 months of records were requested. I had not had this dog for 6 months, so I provided the records that I did have. Again, no pre-existing conditions were discovered. I summitted the claim for her recent visit. Now, 24 months of records were requested, suddenly she has a pre-existing condition. (Mind you, the same records were submitted, as the initial request prior to the policy's purchase). Please do yourself a favor and find yourself a decent insurance company for your pet. I plan to report this to the Better Business, The PA Bureau of Consumer Protection, as well as my attorney. I will share my experience on every electronic review site, social media platform possible, and I encourage you to do the same. In addition to this, I was also denied access to a live agent by their automated phone system, which disconnected me 3x for it's inability to "understand" the information I provided.

I researched several pet insurance companies and plans but I found Fetch to be the easiest to navigate. I have been dealing with Josh Sabado as my go to agent and he couldn't have been more helpful and informative. I received an immediate answer, be it by mail or phone, to all of my queries. I have to assume that when I need assistance it will be just as efficient.

There can be some difficulty with getting the pages to work to fill in the information - a bit tedious. Other than that the process is Ok and the response and processing of the claims works well. Good service and happy with how the the paper work can be fporwarded expeditiously.

Atrocious Claim Processing
Even though Met Life has all of my dog's medical records since 2018, they routinely take 4 -5 weeks to process claims, even on simple ones for routine medication. Avoid them at all costs! Unfortunately, I am stuck with them because my dog was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur and subsequent heart disease. So, it would be impossible to switch to another company as this would now be a preexisting condition.

Always a good experience
I have had the coverage for almost three years, and I have no complaints. They pay their claims very quickly. I also purchased the wellness plan and for the money you can't beat it. I have been with other companies, and their plans went slowly downhill to where it was not worth the coverage anymore.
