The staff is helpful but ...
The staff is friendly and helpful; however, they require a lot of work on your part to process a claim. I've submitted two claims, and one-third of the first one has been paid. I suppose I had a deductible that I wasn't aware of, so that's on me, the second one was never processed because of information that my vet needed to supply that was not received. You have to be very diligent about getting them the paperwork they need. It would be helpful if the company could be more involved in communicating with the veterinarian practice so their customers just have to put in the claim and leave the rest to them.

Terrible service by adjuster’s that don’t know what tgey are doing. My dogs get allergy shots every month one goes through and the other one by another adjusters needs more information (dumb) a shot. Get better help and managers never call back.
