Exceptional Customer Service
Trupanion has always been excellent in claim processing requests. Though this past claim exceeded all expectations as it was processed in under an hour from my call to the vet and their submission for a prescription refill. They seem to have stream lined the process to make it even easier for the customer. I am continually recommending Trupanion to everyone that I know that has pets.

I am paying $95 a month. The cat had a procedure that cost over$800. There will be three more visits. I made. Mistake in putting in the first large fee. I did not understand her reasons for what she was saying. In fairness I dropped a tea cup.
