Metlife was offered with adoption well worth it already
Metlife was offered as part of the adoption package when we adopted Charley. I signed up for it and then I took her to the vet cuz she had a little boo boo on her paw right after we got her and I just wanted to have it checked out in and they wanted to do a facal exam since they didn't know her to make sure she was good and MetLife reimbursed me quickly and without any issues

It’s been a savior for us
It’s been a savior for us. Fair and caring. Unfortunately we had several expensive issues with our two dogs, and I wish we never had to use the insurance, but am I glad we had it when dealing with such traumatic experiences including cancer and leg issues. Highly recommend.

We appreciate you are in a business that is complex AND subjective. Our concern is being able to communicate effectively. Recently we've had a problem that was cleared by a Vet call. But this is not good as it ties up the vet and diverts from his/her job. Forms are not friendly and difficult to fill as the correct answers are sometimes guesswork.

I mainly gave five because of your improvement over last 18 months. The people that I work with have been great-very professional people. Un fortunately two of my pets are with a different company and I can not change to Met Life due to pre-existing conditions. Otherwise I would have insurance for all my pets with you
