Easy to work with and quick claim resolutions!
We’ve never had an issue with Nationwide and have been able to recoup a significant amount of money from our vet bills. Claims are incredibly easy to submit and reimbursement is directly deposited into our bank account.

Paid out before paying first premium
Activated our certificate for free 30 day trial coverage as suggested by our vet and received some money back from an emergency hospitalization, medication, and some bloodwork. Pretty easy to talk to reps and process claim. Expensive, now that we've extended our trial period and purchased a policy, but worth it, as I know I'm dealing with an insurer that pays.

Trupanion supported every step of my 15-year-old cat's cancer diagnosis, with quick reimbursements for the biopsy and additional tests. It was important to me to know I could pursue all options the vet presented to me without having to worry about the cost. I was impressed by Trupanion's attention to detail when, after I submitted the expenses for her euthanization, they contacted me to express their condolences and explain they had cancelled the policy. This saved me a very sad phone call.
