Helpfu people who support Pet health
Overall am happy with insurance and its process. Is just a bit cumbersome as we were new on what and how to do until you get a handle on the process. Why not have a direct deposit for claim money back? Overall seems to be easy process in an app. thank you

Claim process was quick and painless
Claim process was quick and painless. Submitted a copy of my receipt and I received payment in about a week. Any part of the bill that was not covered had an explanation attached.

Nationwide pet insurance policies are worth every penny and give peace of mind.
Our dog Finn is a member of our family. Finn has two medical insurance policies with Nationwide, one for general wellness and preventative care and one for illness and accident care. Finn is a happy healthy boy and we are grateful we had the foresight to get these policies before we even brought him home. These policies have helped us through a couple of illnesses, and we know his general health care is up to date and that he is in great hands. A great Vet you trust and a great health insurance policy you trust, are essentials. Nationwide has continually improved their claim submission process over the past four years that we have been policyholders. When you see a desire to get feedback and then improvements based on it, that's impressive!

Really great customer service, a bit slow to reimburse sick visits but fast on wellness
Submitting a claim is really easy, but it takes up to two days to show on the dashboard which can be a bit confusing. The wellness claims have paid within a few days, which is nice. I had an issue with a sick visit as it requested medical records when I had already send them - this delayed the process a few weeks and I had to call several times to follow up. I wasnt able to track in on the dashboard because it just stayed in the status of "medical records needed". When needing to call, the customer service has been excellent and really helpful. Also I appreciate the entire invoice is reimbursed, whether or not you had to pay the entire invoice a the visit.
