Great Insurance
My cat recently had emergency surgery after he ingested hair ties that caused a GI obstruction. I was worried that submitting my first claim could come with red tape and delays, however the process was completely painless! Once they confirmed they claim had been reviewed and completed the reimbursement was in my bank account within two days. They also sent a follow-up email making sure my cat had recovered and if there was anything else they could assist with.

Claim time has gone from a 10 to a 1!!!!
Claim time turn over has gotten ridiculous.. what used to take one to two days is now on three and a half weeks.. I just can't pay my bill when I get to it because "things have changed"!!

Don't Think Twice - Just Do It!
We adopted our dog back in February and my sister insisted we get Healthy Paws insurance. It was the best decision we could have made. We have an incredibly allergic pup, who's landed twice in the emergency room due to a bee sting and then again when he ate a palm pit, which had it not passed, he would have needed surgery. Both times, we submitted invoices to Healthy Paws -- the interface is super easy, all you do is upload the bill -- and then paid the majority of both claims fast and with no questions. They even followed up after to see how he was feeling. I couldn't be happier with their service, and without them, we would be out almost $5k in the last 3 months. My advice -- don't think twice. Best money you can spend to ensure your pet is covered always. THANK YOU HEALTHY PAWS!

Smooth and Easy
I adopted my fur-baby Neville from the ASPCA truck which was parked in front of Petco in NYC. He has been the joy of my life, more loving and affectionate than any pet I''ve ever had, and I assumed it was due to the loving care that the ASPCA gave him. I decided to buy their Pet Insurance, to thank them for The Wonder That Is Neville. It was a smart move, because one day after Neville's One Year Birthday, I found him hiding and acting out in pain from a hip fracture. He had to have surgery by an orthopedic surgeon at a special emergency facility, and the cost was staggering ! I was afraid to start the process of a Claim, fearing it would be very complicated. I called their customer service line, and spoke to a very kind and patient agent, who answered all my questions. She made it very easy for me, and off my Claim went. I am very pleased with the way I was kept informed. They sent me 3 E-Mails.....one to let me know my Claim was received, one to let me know the Process was underway, and a third to apologize for the process taking a little longer, due to the CoronaVirus. A few days after that, I was notified of the Resolution.....I am being awarded the FULL maximum amount that my plan provides....$5,000 ! I called Customer Service again, to ask if the payment could be deposited automatically into my checking account, and the young lady, just as sweet and kind as the last one, set it up to do just that. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, ASPCA
