Prompt payment for claims. Never had pet insurance with our previous 7dogs. Spent a lot of money on treatments that would have been covered if we had the insurance. Totally worth the monthly fee.

I wasn't expecting anything but the cancellation but they went above and beyond my expectations by not only refunding me the money I had paid for her in the last 8 months but also reviewing any claims that I may have open with my vet... much appreciation!!
