The rate paid vs what ends up being covered/reimbursed ... I wish I had shopped around more. Customer service is good, but the items denied or excluded make this brand one that I would hesitate to use again.

A Very Happy Customer!
Trupanion is absolutely amazing! I am a 55 year old woman and have my first dog ever. My husband and I adopted him when he was two. The first years of having him we did not have insurance for him. Later a friend mentioned it would be a good idea and told us about Trupanion. Trupanion has been so helpful with everything! The turn around for the reimbursement has been great and they really honor their word with the support they give! I would recommend everyone with a pet consider their coverage.
