I am very happy with Trupanion. Everyone is courteous and helpful. They seem to really care. They answer my questions patiently and are very supportive. I actually just referred Trupanion to my dental hygienist just this morning! I've also referred them to someone else we met on our walk!

Not sure about Pet Insurance
I have to say that i have mixed feelings about pet insurance. You keep putting my monthly fee up every year but so far only my deductable has been used after my Vet visits. I feel like it is very expensive when i have not really go any benefits from it yet.

I haven't been a member long enough to give a true rating but I did submit a claim which didn't qualify and was disappointed I wasn't notified.

I called a month later and Michelle was super friendly and advised it was just before the waiting period ended. Spoke to another girl today who was also very friendly and helpful.

I put in our first a claim on July 6th since we we had our cat and I am still waiting to see if you will cover some of the cost.

I understand covid-19 apparently is slowly application reviews, but I would of thought by know our claim would of been dealt with. So I really can't say if we would recommend you at this time.
