Claim process was extremely easy. So much better than my previous coverage that didn't even allow submissions online & took days to acknowledge receipt. Trupanion response was very quick and claim completed in a very short & timely manner. Really appreciate this!

I am having quite a lot of trouble with a claim.
I am having quite a lot of trouble with a claim. Even after getting pre approval for a procedure, the claim has been denied. I don't know if it is because of the way the veterinary submitted it or not.
