The bills for my pet were hanled great. We have an issue with my daughters pet bill. You declined it several times and are currently reviewing an appeal. You have denied the requests based on comments ina repport.there was no definitive test done to prove vets thoughts. If you deny i plan to send a letter to your ceo and possibly if no resolution may contact the media. We paid in good faith and you fine print is your way out. The claims process is quick and easy, the communication about the process via text and email is awesome as well. I did not have to interact with anybody this time but every time I do they are friendly and polite and show genuine concern for helping out both myself and my cat Gromit!

Itchy relief by Trupanion.
Trupanion has always paid exactly how the policy has outlined. Our dog has had allergies since she was a pup and has received allergy pills & shots. I submit the claims & Trupanion pays in a timely period and the amount that we applied for. We have proceeded with getting a determination of her allergies and hope to have some answers soon. Thank you!
