I had to do nothing. My vet sent the documents and I got the money in the bank. And the money was exactly as it should have been as per policy. Can't ask for more. Definitely would recommend to other dog lovers who want comprehensive coverage for their dogs !

Happy, but not all the time
In general claims are paid right away. However, there is a claim you refused to pay, several years ago, even after talking to Vet, Vet tech, getting onto from tech. Does not make me happy.
