I asked if another request for records could go out to my vet.
I asked if another request for records could go out to my vet. You have done 2 without a response from the vet. I was told no that you have a limit of how many you do. Since I am paying almost 100 a month, it seems two minutes of time could be used to honour a written request from me. I realize the lack of information is not your fault, but it is needed for my claim.

I had my 4 mo. Old Golden Retriever puppy checked for hip dysplasia when we got him, no problems were found at that time. We joined Trupanion The same day via our Vet, Hope Crossing. At 10 mos he started limping. He was diagnosed with severe bilateral hip dysplasia. He is now recovering from his first hip surgery and progressing well. It has been a stressful time especially with the pandemic making appointments difficult. Trupanion took all my anxiety about having Quinn treated and my claim was processed and paid before he was off the pain meds! Thank you Trupanion! I'm a fan for life.

I have used Trupanion over the course of 4 dogs lives and a number of foster dogs as well . The company has always showed up for me for them. And the condolence cards that have come in my time of grieving the loss of a dog felt authentic and were so very much appreciated
