Must have for your FurFamily
I just got this plan within the last month and I already submitted a wellness claim for my puppy and was paid quicker than expected. Adding the wellness as a puppy definitely worth it and pays for itself. And you have coverage if anything bad happens(pray it doesn't) but at least you are not out of pocket tons of money when you have Pets Best Insurance

I wanted to thank Trupanion for helping save my sweet dog, Dixie’s life. She is a yorkie and schnauzer mix. Dixie has always been healthy but at her old age she developed Pyometra and she had emergency surgery, was in the doggy intensive care unit, and had to stay overnight. Trupanion came through and covered the costs that they said they would cover. I paid pennies compared to what I should have paid if Dixie had no pet insurance. The hospital and Trupanion also had an affiliation and Trupanion was paying these bills upfront. Dixie is my first dog and I got her pet insurance later on in life. I have no children and Dixie is all I have. I’m so grateful and would never regret having paid the monthly pet insurance. I know Trupanion can be pricey but they really came through for my Dixie when she needed them the most. I am so happy to have purchased Trupanion as her pet insurance. Since then Dixie is now about 9-10 years old and she has not had any other health issues so far. But I continue to use Trupanion as her insurance because they really came through during an emergency. I will always be forever grateful to Trupanion.

Service reps did not know what they are doing
I have called 4 different times. Still no closer to getting refund cause customer reps are not paying attention what they are doing. Worest service considering canceling my service.

Great coverage, easy claim processing and quick payment
Healthy Paws has been wonderful when our super sweet Cavapoo has emergency issues. I never wanted money to be a deciding factor when dealing with health issues and it doesn't have to be with pet insurance. Recently Remy has been diagnosed with heart disease and had to go in for major surgery to remove a bladder stone. All of this during the COVID pandemic when my husband and I were unsure of income both owning our own businesses. I would have just put it all on a credit card and dealt with it later, but knowing 80% was covered was such a relief. She's doing amazing and they've even checked in on her progress. Do not hesitate, do not wait. Our pets are family. They deserve good health care too.

Healthy Paws has been wonderful when our super sweet Cavapoo has emergency issues. Healthy Paws Insurance is the best of the best pet insurance.
Pet Paws Insurance stood beside my Lexi and I for 11 months as countless specialists and Emergency Care Veternarians searched for causation of Pericardial Effusion and bloody fluid in her chest cavity. There were two final diagnosis at the end, Idiopathic Pericardial Effusion or Mesothelioma cancer. I really don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws pet insurance. They were by my side following up on how my Lexi girl was doing and took care of the billing without hesitation. They were truly a gift from God for me and Lexi. I was able to go that extra nine yards to save my girl and I will never be able to thank them enough. When the time comes to open my home to another pet, Healthy Paws Insurance has won my loyalty hands down. Fast review and claim and pay out, no hassles
Thank for paying out the way I understood the policy. I was horrified with the bill but you went ahead and paid the 90% as promised and I will definitely stay w Trupanion w all future pets as well, as this really gave us peace of mind.

Thank you for a peace of mind , Healthy Paws
I've been a happy customer since 2014, and my cats are now 12 and 13 years old. I have had other insurances prior, and I Healthy Paws is the best. It is very easy to submit a claim through their app. And on average I get reimbursed within 3 business days. Over the course of the last 6 years Healthy Paws paid thousands of dollars in claims for surgeries, tests and medications for my kitties. One of my cats had an eye removal surgery, and was recently diagnosed with asthma. I am grateful that 90% of our medication cost is covered as would not have been able to afford it otherwise. As my cats get older I have a peace of mind knowing that I'll be able to provide them with necessary medical care. Thank you, Healthy Paws for living up to your name.

I purchased pet insurance 2 months ago…
I purchased pet insurance 2 months ago with Pets Best because of good reviews online. I submitted my very first claim on July 6th, 2020. When I checked my claim status online two weeks later, it showed "waiting on vet info". Thinking that my vet had not submitted the requested information to allow for claim processing, I called my vet to inquire. It turned out that they had submitted the requested information. Just in case, I requested the vet to submit it again. Then, I called Pets Best to ask about my claim, waited for almost an hour, and was still not connected to an agent. So then, I decided to use the internet chat option in hope for a faster response. I still had to wait 45 minutes before finally being connected to an agent. The agent told me that it will take up to 25 days to complete the claim and advised me to call back by the end of July. Today is August 4th, 2020, I checked my claim status again and it still showed "waiting on vet info". I called Pets Best again today and this time I used 2 different forms of communication, at the same time, (by phone and by internet chat). I was waiting for over an hour on both platforms. Finally, I was connected to an agent on the phone, but online chat was still no response. While I was waiting on the phone, the automated system said "claim will take up to 25 days", but this agent told me that it will take up to 39 days. That being said, I have to wait for another week. I am very disappointed that a simple office visit claim would take so long to complete. My previous pet insurance took 3 to 5 business days, the longest claim took 2 weeks. If it should take this long again for my next claim, I will be sure to cancel my policy with Pets Best.
