This year my pup was diagnosed with renal dysplasia and the Trupanion team has been great at reviewing my claims and approvingly them in a timely manner.

Trupanion does a great job of handling claims.
Trupanion does a great job of handling claims. I don't like the fact that Trupanion does not cover "office visit fees" or preventative care meds; i.e. flea and tick control and Heartguard. Isn't it cheaper in the long run to have insurance for preventative care than treat the illness?

Trupanion goes above and beyond to help you and your pet. They have helped us pay so much! Most recently they paid 90% of our girl's surgery and her phyiscal therapy sessions.
