Very Happy Long Time Policy Holder
Once again my claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I had a problem getting my claim through to Trupanion and after talking to Trupanion I was guided through the process and 2 days later my reimbursement was deposited in my bank account.

Seamless reporting process
Although nothing was covered by our policy this time, we know to always file to keep our dog's records updated with you. We have always experienced a seamless reporting experience back and forth with Trupanion. Not thrilled at how each year the monthly rates increase but that's how insurance works.
