I have had insurance through pets best for about a year and a half and am so happy! My dog just had CCL surgery and the claim was processed with no issue. I am a believer in insurance after my experience with them! Highly recommend!

Healthy Paws is the Best
I've used Healthy Paws for my GSD for almost 10 years now and they are fantastic. The company is very easy to work with, seem to genuinely care about the health of my dog, and they process claims very quickly. I have become a loyal customer and plan to use in them in the future for any dogs that join my family. I also like that they are foundation and give back-- working with them is truly a win-win.

Peace of mind
I have had many pet insurances over the last 30 years. Trupanion is, by far, the best out there. My boxer over the last year has had a couple of life-threatening diseases. It started with Addison's and then osteosarcoma. We lost our beautiful boy yesterday. Trupanion was there for us every step of the way. Trupanion couldn't have been kinder or more compassionate then they were. Having Trupanion gave us peace of mind and one less thing to worry about.

I am writing this review to state how utterly disgusted I am with your "service". I have had a few issues with our cats, and it seems like I fulfill my end of the bargain by paying over $100 a month to YOU for your garbage coverage! I just submitted a claim for close to $500 for an eye issue (one that has happened in the past mind you) and you covered a whopping $81. That's right, I pay to YOU over $100 per month in the event something happens with my cats and you pay out roughly 10% of the costs. To me, that is outright fraud. But then again, that's how insurance companies operate, right? You simply take out of the economy without giving anything in return. You, and your industry as a whole, are parasitic. You suck the life force out of the economy. You should be so proud of yourselves. You're doing god's work! What a joke. I would NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE I know.

Couldn't have done it without you
I really appreciate everything that Trupanion has done. Within the first year of our 2 puppies lives they have managed to blow out a knee and fractured a hip. These surgeries would have cost us almost 15k. We couldn't have done it without you!
