Happy Maltipoo Mom!!!
My maltipoo has been insured, with Trupanion, since 2014; we have never had a claim, until her diagnosis, last year, of allergic dermatitis, necessitating daily use of Apoquel. Trupanion has stepped up and followed through, as they said they would, in reimbursing 90% of the cost, following my initial $200 deductible. The online claim submission and direct debit reimbursement, is easy and very expeditious. Trupanion customer service is always friendly and helpful, as well. Very much appreciated...thanks, Trupanion!!!

Insurance worked great, but...
First time EVER using pet insurance. It was a smooth process and I was happy with the result. HOWEVER, about a week after getting the claim reimbursement check, I got a notice The dog’s premiums are increasing 10%. Makes me wonder if that was because of the claim or just bad timing.

I've had a great experience so far with my older dog suddenly diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease.
I've had a great experience so far with my older dog suddenly diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease. Luckily, I was able to get him seen before he got to sick and my bill could of been couple thousand. Thanks for the lift off my shoulders during these difficult times.
