They woman I spoke with yesterday was warm and lovely and very encouraging and helped me understand where a mistake had been made by my VET in submitting an old test date by mistake.

Trupanion has always responded quickly to my issues/claims. I especially love the format (website) for making a claim...almost too easy to be true. Also, the young lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Us seniors need lots of help sometimes.
