Establishing a Claim and attaching summaries and invoices is really a pain in the ass. computer program is not user friendly
The people you have working for you are nothing but Spectacular! Alissa Tyminski and Kelsey Markle were fantanstic and so very helpful. I will from now on FAX all documents instead of sending info through your computer program. Accomplishing a claim is very difficult to say the least. You definitely need more people and I understand and feel for you all having to work many issues during this COVID-19. Thank you so much for your support.

They used to be great but since Covid
They used to be great but since Covid, Ive noticed a downturn in their willingness to cover what should be covered. I.E. the last surgery my dog had they removed 4 skin tumors in ONE procedure, under ONE anesthetic but trupanion broke it down into 4 different catagories because of the types of tissue they were thus making me meet FOUR different deductibles and at the end of the day they covered ZERO dollars from an $800+ bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I will probably cancel at this point because I'd be better off putting $140 a month in an envelope.

Top Notch Customer Service
I have been VERY impressed by Embrace's top notch customer service. Every single person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to do a review for pre-existing conditions for my rescue, Marco Terrano was very detailed and answered all of my questions via email and over the phone. I am so happy I decided to go with Embrace.

Trupanion is a company that I have relied on to consistently come through with the support they promised No excuses just promises kept. This is not the case with other companies (speaking from experience) I will continue tp recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance
