First time having/using Pets Best
This the first time I have purchased and used pet insurance. Pets Best was very quick to respond and handle my claim. They provide you with great service and resources. I highly recommend them and will be personally telling family and friends.

HealthyPaws helped us get the best care!
Having HealthyPaws insurance for our new puppy meant we were able to ask the vets for the best care when she recently got sick and had to go to the hospital. We knew we were covered and were able to have the doctors run all the recommended diagnostic testing required without worrying. After our puppy was discharged from the hospital, we submitted the claim and were reimbursed in less than a week via direct deposit without any fuss or hassle. Healthy Paws has already paid for itself and our sweet pup is only 5 months old (and healthy now!).

Because it is deserved.
Because it is deserved. My only disappointment is that I think when you take you animal to the vet because of an emergency that cost should be covered. I had to pay $150.00 vet fee out of my pocket. I had to take them to a vet because one of them swallowed a needle. That was just not a regular type of consultation it was a emergency that happened at 8:00 pm at night and couldn’t be helped. Because it was an emergency it was $150.00 because of an emergency situation. ??????????
