Always there when you need them!
I am so thankful for true canyon. They have always been there for our four-legged buddy. All I have to do is submit the claims and they're quick to review them and reimburse us as appropriate! I would refer them to all my friends, as I do, and I just got done telling someone about them at the bank a few days ago!

Not fair
I have paid about $4000 in insurance payments for Lola - go to submit a claim and have a $250 copay and a $215 not covered expense with NO explanation. So got back $333 - not really fair (or worth it).

I like having peace of mind.
I like having peace of mind. Trupanion is a great company. I have recommended them to many people. Great customer service. I never have to wait on hold. I have an answer immediately. Claims are processed within a couple days. I am very happy with Trupanion and have pet insurance with all 3 of my pets through them. I am a very satisfied customer.

New to pet insurance
I think it covers alot, but being a new client with zero claims, I don't know personally how great Trupanion is yet. I like the option of choosing my own deductible and the coverage has high amounts..but it does come at a cost. I have high hopes that my dog will never need this insurance but offers peace of mind for his momma !
