Really easy to work with.
Really easy to work with. I do wish they covered consultation fees because with surgery, as my dog had, there will be a consult/exam before the doctor decides surgery is needed. Otherwise, I was very glad I decided to get this insurance.

So far only one of the claims I've submitted was honored. We've had ASPCA with other dogs and never experienced anything like this. The only reason we went with Trupanion was because our rescue dog came with the insurance.

So very easy to submit and very fast response. I rave to everyone I know how great this insurance is!! I am not sure if our pup would still be with us if we didn't have this insurance to help defer most of the costs!

The agent that assisted me was wonderful. However, there needs to be better communication in regards to the limited time frame to enroll in order to receive full and unlimited coverage.
