I was literally told to not take cost into consideration when treating my pet. It was extremely reassuring. The claim submission process is so quick and easy. Claims are paid (money in my account) within days of submission.

The service rep was very friendly, helpful and instilled a good degree of confidence in the service and my daughter and her husband have both users of Trupanion for their older dog and expressed a positive experience so I will probably do the same.
