I was losing sleep over the verbage of Luna's policy. I got your coverage for her in October of 2020. On 12-29-2020; a Rick Behrens got in touch with me asking for her records again from an emergency clinic visit she had way back in June. As a result of that visit the way things read under her coverage was of great concern to me until i spoke with your team member Katy? I think was her name. She was dauntless . She went to her superiors & showed so much empathy & concern to make it all right. I am elderly & on a fixed budget & really appreciated with all my heart her bulldog tenacity to set my heart at ease & basically keep us as your customers. We got disconnected. She called me back & had resolved my concerns. She should get a raise.

Easy claim, but very expensive policy
I’m not certain yet if this is worth the money I’ve invested in the policy. The claim process was easy but the rising cost per year is questionable.
