In my opinion, Trupanion is the best pet insurance company out there for our beloved pets. Every member of the Trupanion team has been so kind to me. The Trupanion name is valued by veterinarians and pet hospitals...to the point that I have often been allowed to settle my bill once it has been submitted to you. The turn-around-time is incredible which is so helpful for those of us who live paycheck to paycheck and who are having to give their pets many medications and who are often hospitalized. My beloved Golden Retriever was able to live longer because Trupanion was able to help with bills related to seizures which we fought for several years. Trupanion fought right along with us. Last week I had to let this sweet dog who gave us 7 years of joy go due to a fatal case of pneumonia. Trupanion sent me a kind email and they took care of canceling her insurance because it is hard to take care of all of those things. Thank you, Trupanion. And thank you to all of you with whom I have spoken who just listened to my worries sometimes. It is clear that anyone who works for Trupanion is a pet-lover. Your kind follow-up emails to a call is just another reason that I will never insure my future pet with any other company.
