I would give 10 however increasing rates due to the veterinary fees in the area is unfair with clinics like VCA.

There should be a premium discount for people that realize that VCA charges a ridiculous amount, monopolizing the industry, and choose to go elsewhere to reduce the fees for themselves and Trupanion.
