Trupanion: Best pet insurance and worth the peace of mind
I spoke with customer service rep Tanner to set up Trupanion pet insurance for my 10-week old puppy, taking advantage of discounts offered through my VCA vet within 24 hours of his wellness exam. Tanner was so friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing up with Tanner, the next day (still within the 24-hour window), I spoke to customer service rep Dan and signed up for Trupanion's holistic services coverage. Dan was great...passionate about the work he does and explained the details of the plan. I did a lot of research between Nationwide Pet Insurance and Trupanion. Don’t be fooled by Nationwide's coverage...they can cancel your coverage at their discretion with ten days written notice. Speaking with Tanner and Dan reinforced that I made the right decision to sign up with Trupanion.
