We have had our Maltipoo, Buttons, insured with Trupanion, since she was 2 years old. Trupanion was recommended by my previous Vet, in Fl..he said his clients had been having very good success with them and he was very impressed with the terms. We signed up, evaluated the terms and agreed it looked excellent. We never had to use the benefits, until she was 7, at which time she was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis and put on a maintenance dose of Apoquel. The drug is extremely helpful and Trupanion has kept their part of the bargain. She is 9 now, and has been diagnosed with diabetes..since we met our deductible, Trupanion has, without fail, direct deposited 90% of all covered charges...there is no “reasonable and customary”, they pay us 90% of all covered charges, within 2-3 days of our claims...we are so impressed! Thank you, Trupanion!

Well handled, friendly and answered all questions. Waiting on requested mailed hard copy of policy for file, no printer at home. Agent promised it would be mailed out within a day, so if I received it today would up to a ten.
