My only problem is that I'm paying a lot each month and it seems that any time my pet has a problem if it's a new one the deductible starts all over again.

I'm afraid to drop thie insurance as she's now 11 years old and one never knows what the future has in store for her. I must mention that your representatives are top notch and warm and understanding which is another reason I'm sticking with you.

Our dog is a pampered King Charles Cavalier and despite her pampered life style she has had a several unexpected emergencies. We are truly hoping that we don't have anymore.
