My dog has needed 3 major surgeries plus many xrays, tests, physio...in the 3 years we’ve had her. Trupanion has been there every time with quick payment. They’re the only reason we don’t have crippling debt. Plus, Rebekah helped me sort out a payment problem I 100% created by mistake and eliminated a very stressful financial dilemma for me. I love Trupanion!

Customer service is excellent - specifically Robbie. I've just today applied for Trupanion's insurance, so I can't speak on how they operate there just yet, but today I was dealing with representative Robbie. If there's more than one Robbie employed, the one I was dealing with is the man that owns two pups, the lab of which consistently gets eat infections. Anywho, Robbie was delightful and genuinely incredibly warm. If I could choose to get him every single time I called, I would. Wonderful experience - he has set the bar high.
