Best decision after adopting Lucy
I decided to get pet insurance with Lemonade because of the great experience I had with my renter's insurance. I had already used it three times and the whole experience is worth it, the customer service is great and the UX of a claim is great.

Super fast, convenient
I chose Lemonade because my renters insurance is through it, so I figured it’s easy to bundle and I got a 5% discount. I’ve had to use the claim system twice so far, and both times were so easy and fast. The app makes it easy to do everything at once. My only slight complain is they don’t always tell you what parts they aren’t covering, and you have to ask more about that. But they refund my money so quickly (literally the next day) and have very nice customer service. 10/10 would recommend

Best customer service encountered
The rep assigned to me had great communication skills and showed great concern for my Puppy. She explained to me my coverage over the phone and provided easy to understand breakdowns of what my claim covered. All reps I’ve encountered with Lemonade have had amazing attitudes and provided amazing customer service.

1 claim paid back years of monthly contributions
My dog is 5 and has been healthy ever since we've got him. Last month, out of a sudden, he couldn't walk anymore. He was rushed to a hospital where they diagnosed him with a disc inflammation that required an intervention (surgery). The cost of the procedure was over $5,000. Thanks to my Healthy Paws insurance, my refund was higher than the entire 5 years I paid for this policy. I can't imagine anyone owning an uninsured pet.
