Camryn was great; I love Trupanion & all it has done for my furbabies! However, I’m still awaiting a call from group benefits as I’m a current BluePearl employee & it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone who can help me with my account & my transition away from a group benefits program; I’ve called twice with no return phone call, and I’m leaving the company this week, a lapse in my insurance coverage would be detrimental to my dog & cats healthcare.
