Was paid promptly for claims and when I submitted a claim for my dogs euthanasia I gat a sympathy email and it also said they were canceling my insurance effective the date of his passing. I then got a call a few days latter from a lady just telling me how sorry she was and to reach out if I needed anything,

One of the Best Decisions I've Made

I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for over 6 years for my two beloved Maine Coon cats. It was recommended to me by Gulf Coast Veterinary Services in Houston, which is a one of the best animal hospitals in Texas. Buying the policy for my cats is one of the best decisions I've made.

My saviors, professional from start to finish

I absolutely love this insurance company. They helped to cover so much and didnt deny me like many others just because my pet was older. They were always responsive, and with me from start to finish. Very kind patient courteous and professional on the phone and by email. Their app is great and the portal functions wonderfully, the checks came fast and it was so easy to submit claims on the user friendly app and website. Thank you for all that you have done for us. Highly recommend, we much preferred them over Nationwide.

I previously had pet insurance through…

I previously had pet insurance through Nationwide. The only reason I switched was due to Embraces relationship with USAA. After the first claim I received an email stating they were doing a health history check on my dog. Shortly after I received an email with a list of things they won’t cover. Many of these things were temporary in nature, like diarrhea. It would be like my insurance saying you had a cold six months ago, we won’t cover anything related to a cold for 1 year. Buyer beware. They are polite. That’s about it. I should have never left Nationwide.
