Pets Best gets my A 1 rating - They are awesome!
Our two kittens are each very different. Ellie has had no issues. Etta arrived from a breeder with her sister Ellie at 12 weeks. Etta had diarrea from Giardia as our first challenge lasting two months. Next Etta Fx her foot jumping on a bowl and then she swallowed a ribbon. Ellie has had no problems. They both have had usual shots and check ups. Next week week they will be spayed at 9 months. Thank goodness for our wonderful Vet. Elizabeth Berger and thank goodness x 10 that we signed up for Pet’Best! All around A1 awesome easy claims on line and helpful staff when I call wven in the Pandemic they have been totally there for us!

Healthy Paws is THE BEST!
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that we have Healthy Paws pet insurance. Up until now we have used it for small things like allergy testing and it was always easy and quick getting reimbursed. Then recently our Goldendoodle started having focal seizures. We got sent for all kinds of testing that was not cheap. I didn't even have to blink when thinking about doing the tests and affording them. He had the tests on a Tuesday and by that Friday I was reimbursed all but the vet exam at the specialist! I thought for sure this time they would need a bunch of further documentation to proceed but they didn’t! Just the invoice! All I got was an email asking how my dog was! They literally have been so easy to file claims with and have the money direct deposited back into my account quickly! I am ALWAYS more than happy to recommend them to anyone!

Asked for a simple payout invoice breakdown of what was paid percentage wise. Two days ago I’m still waiting
I called Truepanion a couple days ago requesting a breakdown of an invoice that my vet submitted to Truepanion for an emergency my dog had and Truepanion has since paid out on. The amount paid out was less than expected. One would think the invoice on trupanions end would have been broken down already and available by email. It is Friday I called Wednesday then called again Thursday. I just want the invoice and can’t seem to get it ! I just want to know what portion of procedures truepaion did pay out on. As it was not 10% that I was left paying of the bill. I appreciate the ease of the vets being able to get estimates back from truepanion and the kind voices on the other end of the phone but honestly I’m finding it frustrating I just want answers in which I’m not getting

My horrible experience with Embrace
It is very hard to get a reimbursement of services. I had 2 of my frenchies insured and needing surgeries. One of the reasons they denied a claim was that my dog was not seen in a vet for over a year so therefore it is classified as a pre existing condition. We just relocated to another state and had no immediate need to bring my dog to the vet. They are house dogs, they don't leave my property. I went on BBB to see this is a big issue with Embrace. They take a long time to contact you when submitting a claim as well. Every claim submitted gives the default response of "we need to contact prior vets for complete medical history" even though this is done in the preliminary coverage process. You are better off putting that money aside every month and getting a CareCredit card instead of paying for their insurance. This is what I am forced to do... 5K in debt later. Thx Embrace!
