Great Insurance Company
We have had healthy paws for a few years now with both of our dogs. This is the only insurance company I've ever worked with that has personally reached out after any surgeries to check on our dog's health. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a personalized email asking how our dog Ralph was after a minor procedure to remove a lump. Their app is extremely easy to use and I've never run into any problems. The claim process is also easy to follow and I have never had any issues. Reimbursement was received within 1-2 business days. Would highly recommend this insurance company.

This Company is nothing but con artist and scam artist though do what they can to get you to pay money up front by taking tell you oh yeah you can tell the veterinarian to call us and download our software and will be able to pay the veterinary immediately my dog died because of these con artists run as fast as you can because this is one of the worst companies the you can do business with specially for your beloved family member or animal like me my dog was my family member I hate them and I hope they all burn in hell for what they did

Fast, courteous, excellent service.
My Labrador retriever got a foxtail in her nose that has been hard to locate for removal. This has meant a repeat visit to the vet. My dog will require a rhinoscopy tomorrow. Trupanion has provided immediate coverage for each procedure. I could not be happier with the way this has been handled.
