Very friendly and prompt service
Within few months of adopting Tia, she developed a terrible bout of diarrhea and vomiting. Few trips to emergency and the vet led to 3 different rounds of antibiotics and some anti nausea medication. It took over a month for the poor girl to recover. As for our very first claim, Trupanion walked us through the process and within few weeks we had our claim approved. Extra kudos to the call centre where we found nothing but warm and friendly people helping us each time we called. We are very happy to have the support from Trupanion.

A Tru-Fan for 11 years
Trupanion has always been there for whatever my cat needs. From a workup for a suspected murmur early in life to an x ray of his abdomen, kidneys and more, we were covered. Quick and hassle Free!
We took our girl into the vet, she was diagnosed and prescribed medication. The clinic summited our claim to Trupanion and within minutes we received a confirmation that it was being reviewed. After less than 2 hours, Trupanion notified us that the claim was approved and sent us the details with regards to our coverage and deductible (which is exactly what what we chose when selecting coverage). We had to take our girl back 10 days later for a follow up, more medication and prescription food was prescribed. The claim was submitted and the same process was followed. Trupanion explained everything really well, there was absolutely no hassle. I would definitely recommend Trupanion to my friends and family! Such a quick, easy and painless process for our family.
