Waiting Period Is Too Long
The waiting period is a lengthy wait. It needs to be improved. (Edited after your response: I meant the waiting time for claim approval. It took me 30-40 days. It is ridiculous.)

Amazing experience when I finally HAD to use Trupianion when my Princess Lola needed most! She had three major surgeries and they Trupanion saves the day from call to invoice, up to 90% upfront as thankfully the hospital I used was within network! Other couple cases I used TP and i got reimbursed quick! Thank you for being so awesome!!!

Healthy Paws has always paid our claims in a timely manner and without hassel.
Healthy Paws processed our claim in a timely manner and kept us up to date regarding the status of our claim. We were so grateful to have this protection when our dog needed emergency surgery. Having insurance from Healthy Paws made what could have been a financial calamity something financially manageable and we were able to focus on the medical needs of our pet rather than costs.

Insured My Fur Baby!
I recently signed up for pet insurance with Trupanion. I felt comfortable speaking to the rep. He was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. Quite honestly this plan doesn't have an annual cap. Other plans that did have annual caps cost close to the same. It was a no brainer, especially with a hunting /working breed.

I filled out the application for…Prudent Pet Insurance
I filled out the application for Prudent Pet Insurance online which was pretty simple. Just giving information about my pet. Someone from the company called the next day to set up payments and to go over the policy with me. All in all, it was an easy process. I haven't had to use the insurance yet, but expect that will go smoothly as well.

It was all handled by the vet. We have healthy dogs so we have very limited claims but there was no issue in making the claim and receiving the response.
