Overall I just don't feel it is necessary and is an unnecessary charge with consistent added fees that are useless. Plus, time consuming process over the phone when I called because I wasnt able to complete online while driving with my new pet...and the representative was ridiculously focused on educating me anyway about the online process and info even though I said over and over again that I was on a time restriction driving on my way to my new pet's vet appointment. He then responded at one point "well you don't have to get all mad about it!" But I literally just had to keep asking him and redirecting him to continue to move forward with the PHONE process as I was ALREADY on the phone with him!

It is taking longer than expected to process my claims, so that is one thing I would tell anyone considering Trupanion. When I signed up, I thought it would be a much faster process.
